The exhibition Kastus Kachan “Enchanted by Motherland” works in New Castle in the Senators’ Hall of the Hrodna State Historical and Archeological Museum.

Kastus Kachan was born in 1950 in the village of Lauryshava, Hrodna region, Belarus. 1977-1980 – external student at the Belarusian State Academy of Arts. 1980 – active participation in republican and international exhibitions. 1987 – get membership of the Belarusian Union of Artists. The works are presented in the National Museum of Arts of Republic Belarus, in the Museum of the modern fine arts of Republic Belarus, in the Artistic stock of the Ministry of culture of Russia, in the stocks of the Belarusian Union of Artists, in the Belarusian Museum of the popular architecture and life, in the Hrodna State historical archaeological museum, Mahiliou artistic museum Pavel Maslenikau, Polotsk picture gallery, Adam Mickiewicz House Museum, in private galleries in Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Serbia, Austria, France, Italy, USA, Turkey, South Korea, China, Vietnam, Mexico and others.

 

The exhibition is open daily 10:00 to 18:00 (except Mondays and public holidays). Ticket office open until 17:30.
