On 2 April at 4 p.m. republican exhibition of textile arts Wings of Dreams opens in Senator hall of the New Castle. The participants of the exhibition are professional artists as well as senior students of Belarusian institutes of higher education from different cities of Belarus: Minsk, Homel, Vitebsk, Polatsk, etc. The exhibition is organized by the Belarusian Artist Association. The managers and authors of the art project are Alla Niepachalovich, Volha Rednikina ans Aliena Obadava.
